Welcome to Oasis Dental Staffing (“Oasis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting any form, application, or inquiry through our website, job board, CRM, or related platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Oasis Dental Staffing connects dental professionals (dentists, hygienists, assistants, and other dental team members) with dental practices seeking temporary or permanent staffing support.
We act as a recruiting and staffing facilitator. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of independent professionals or client practices.
2. Candidate & Office Information
By submitting your information through our forms, you confirm that:
All information provided is accurate and truthful
You are legally authorized to work in your state (if applicable)
You agree to be contacted regarding staffing opportunities or coverage needs
We reserve the right to verify licensure, credentials, and references as part of our screening process.

4. Use of Platform & Communication
Submission of a form does not guarantee placement, employment, or shift assignment. All placements are subject to client approval, availability, and agreement terms.
Oasis reserves the right to decline representation or discontinue communication at its discretion.
5. Fees & Agreements
Client practices may be subject to placement fees, onboarding fees, or administrative fees as outlined in signed agreements.
Candidates placed in permanent roles may be subject to contractual terms agreed upon between Oasis and the hiring practice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Oasis Dental Staffing is not liable for:
Employment disputes
Compensation disagreements between professionals and offices
Workplace conditions
Independent contractor tax obligations
All parties are responsible for their own contractual and employment obligations.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for recruiting, staffing coordination, and communication related to our services.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our forms or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Age Requirement
Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting your information or opting into SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
