Meet our CEO, Ashley

Ashley was born and raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University, in 2017 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. After working for 2 years in PA, She moved to Williamsburg, Virginia where she gained experience practicing as a full-time hygienist and as a temporary hygienist, allowing her to see the benefits of temporary help from both aspects. Ashley took her love for dental hygiene and her passion for business, and founded Oasis Dental Staffing in Feb, 2022. She relocated to Charleston, SC the same year to support Oasis. 


Under Ashley's leadership, Oasis has experienced remarkable growth, achieving a 110% revenue increase from 2023 to 2024. As demand for dental professionals remains high post-2020, we anticipate further growth and are poised to serve additional cities soon.
