Meet our CEO, Ashley

Ashley was born and raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University, in 2017 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. After working for 2 years in PA, She moved to Williamsburg, Virginia where she gained experience practicing as a full-time hygienist and as a temporary hygienist, allowing her to see the benefits of temporary help from both aspects. Ashley took her love for dental hygiene and her passion for business, and founded Oasis Dental Staffing in Feb, 2022. She relocated to Charleston, SC the same year to support Oasis. 


Under Ashley's leadership, Oasis has experienced remarkable growth, achieving a 118% revenue increase from 2023 to 2024. As demand for dental professionals remains high post-2020, we anticipate further growth and now serve outside of South Carolina.

Jennifer

With over 14 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Jenn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as Lead Dental Recruiter for Oasis Dental Staffing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene with a focus on Health Policy and Administration, which has shaped her successful career across various dental offices and settings. 

As our Lead Dental Recruiter, Jenn now oversees the onboarding process, supporting both dental professionals and offices as they begin working with Oasis Dental Staffing. Her deep understanding of the dental industry, combined with her passion for helping professionals find fulfilling opportunities, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. 

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, exploring new travel destinations, and indulging in her love of cooking, baking and all things home and party decor.
