Ashley Foose
Ashley earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University. After several years of clinical practice across multiple states, she discovered a passion for business and founded Oasis Dental Staffing in 2022. While growing Oasis, she continued working as a temporary hygienist, partnering closely with dental offices as she developed and expanded the brand.
Under Ashley’s leadership, Oasis has achieved remarkable growth, including a 118% revenue increase from 2023 to 2024, and now serves practices across multiple states. She continues to expand the company’s offerings to better support dentists facing increasing staffing demands.
Ashley’s mission is to grow Oasis while elevating the experience for dental professionals and dental offices nationwide.
