Meet our CEO, Ashley

Ashley earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University, in 2017. After several years in clinical practice, she discovered a passion for business and founded Oasis Dental Staffing in 2022.

Under Ashley’s leadership, Oasis has achieved remarkable growth- including a 118% revenue increase from 2023 to 2024 — and now serves dental practices across multiple states. Her mission is to continue expanding while supporting dental professionals.

Jennifer

With over 14 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Jenn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as Lead Dental Recruiter for Oasis Dental Staffing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene with a focus on Health Policy and Administration, which has shaped her successful career across various dental offices and settings. 

As our Lead Dental Recruiter, Jenn now oversees the onboarding process, supporting both dental professionals and offices as they begin working with Oasis Dental Staffing. Her deep understanding of the dental industry, combined with her passion for helping professionals find fulfilling opportunities, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. 

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, exploring new travel destinations, and indulging in her love of cooking, baking and all things home and party decor.

Lead Recruiter
