Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Oasis Dental Staffing’s Job board. Oasis Dental Staffing, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

1. Website Use

Oasis Dental Connect is intended solely for recruitment and hiring-related purposes. Use of the platform is subject to the following conditions:

  • The platform may not be used to contact users for purposes unrelated to hiring or recruitment.
  • Users may not use Oasis Dental Connect to promote, solicit, or offer third-party products or services.
  • Posting unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
  • All users must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and job listings.

All content on Oasis Dental Connect, including text, branding, and images, is the property of Oasis Dental Staffing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for personal or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Oasis Dental Staffing reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet our standards for professionalism, accuracy, or completeness.

2. Candidate Applications

  • Oasis Dental Staffing does NOT screen, interview, or evaluate candidates applying through the job board.
  • Applications are sent directly to the dental office for review and follow-up.
  • Offices are responsible for reviewing credentials, verifying employment eligibility, and completing any due diligence before hiring.

3. Temporary or One-Day Requests

  • This job board is intended for full-time and part-time permanent positions only.
  • All temporary, one-day, or fill-in shift requests must be submitted through the Oasis Dental Staffing app or by contacting our team directly.

4. Job Promotion & Visibility

By submitting a job posting, you grant Oasis Dental Staffing permission to:

  • Share your listing on our website, social media pages, and email alerts to qualified candidates.
  • Edit minor formatting (grammar, spacing, or capitalization) for clarity and consistency without altering job details.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided in your job listing is accurate, current, and truthful.
Providing misleading or incomplete details may result in removal of the listing and loss of posting privileges.

6. Consent to Contact

By submitting a job listing or inquiry, you authorize Oasis Dental Staffing to contact you via email, phone, or text message regarding your post, account setup, renewal reminders, or related updates to our services.

Section 2: Applicants (Dental Professionals)

1. Application Process

By submitting an application through Oasis Dental Staffing’s job board, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your experience, credentials, and contact details.
  • Allow Oasis Dental Staffing to share your application and uploaded materials (such as your resume) directly with the hiring office.
  • Understand that the hiring dental office, not Oasis Dental Staffing, will review and follow up on your submission.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting an application through Oasis Dental Staffing does not guarantee employment.
All hiring decisions are made solely by the dental offices that post job listings.
Oasis Dental Staffing does not participate in the interview, selection, or onboarding process for positions posted through this job board.

3. Professional Conduct

Applicants agree to engage professionally and respectfully with dental offices during all communications and interactions.
Any misuse of the platform, including submitting false information or spamming listings, may result in restricted access.

4. Data Use, Privacy & Consent

By submitting an application, you consent to:

  • The collection and limited use of your contact and professional information for the purpose of connecting you with relevant job opportunities.
  • Oasis Dental Staffing contacting you via email, phone, or text message regarding your application status, related opportunities, or platform updates.
  • Your information being shared only with the hiring dental offices you apply to.
    Your data will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Section 3: General Terms (Applicable to All Users)

1. Limitation of Liability

Oasis Dental Staffing acts as a connection platform only and does not guarantee candidate performance, qualifications, or employment outcomes.
We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from employment relationships initiated through the job board.

2. Modifications

Oasis Dental Staffing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
